i just got an im from my sister that she had a dream about me last night…
a strange dream, that i thought was worthy of sharing–since apparently nothing else in my life has been worth sharing lately….
anyway, i was getting married. that in itself could be a dream…!
but it gets better. she wasn’t the maid of honor. or even a bridesmaid. my sister! she had the esteemed job of driving everyone to the church, supposedly looking awful.
logically, she decided to go home and shower quickly…but by the time she made it back, everything was over.
she missed my wedding. and has no clue who the (un?)lucky guy was….
dream analysis anyone? my psychology major brain is having a tough time with this one 
My idea of your dream is that your sister is feeling left out of your life and/or like you take her for granted. I mean absolutely no offense because I don’t know anything about your relationship (this is literally the 1st post I’ve read of yours… I came from the studentbloggers.org directory– hi!).. that’s just what I gathered from this post. Left out= missing the wedding & not knowing the groom. Taken for granted= having to drive everyone around.
Anyways, I’m off to read thru more of your archives. I’m a future teacher myself
Dreams are fascinating creatures. I did a recent livejournal entry on some of my more enduring and repetitive ones. I’m waiting for some enterprising soul to blend TIVO with brain wave capture so I can save and edit my dreams. I figure it will be at least as good as B movies and better than you-tube.
